Does every blog entry have to be filled with unique insight and uproarious witticisms? Well none of my past 200+ entries have been, so no pressure to start now.
Instead, let's take a load off and enjoy some fine blues guitar playing. A couple of years after the almighty Zen broke up (my one and only band), the bass player and drummer ran into this blues guitar player and formed a trio, and later a four-piece after they found a real singer. The guitar player was one of the best players I'd ever heard, and for my money he was better than Stevie Ray Vaughan. If you don't believe me just check out this cover of "Every Day I Have the Blues."
