Kellie Pickler's Breasts Coming to Etowah High School

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Back in 1986, when I was a high school lad, a local radio station ran a contest to bring the Bangles to your high school. The kids had to send 3x5 index cards saying, "I want the Bangles to play at my school!" It was said there were absolutely no index cards to be found in Atlanta after that contest. Our school had overnight and weekend lock-ins and in some cases the curriculum was even put aside for a few classes so we could induce carpal tunnel syndrome filling out cards.

Our school won. It was a pure sense of competition, not any obsession with the Bangles, that drove us. When your sports teams are regular also-rans you have to find something you can compete in, and the simple task of filling out index cards was within our reach. When the Bangles actually played most people were too busy conversing amongst their friends to pay any mind. Every now and then you just looked up to remind yourself your school had won something for once.

Susanna Hoffs was the hottie of MTV at the time, but in hindsight she had no tits. The kids at Etowah High School will have something more bouncy to look at in Kellie Pickler.

A country radio station in town ran a promotion asking high school kids to send text messages to win a concert from American Idol Kellie Pickler, and she's going to play the Etowah High School football field Monday night. I can't imagine that texting builds the sense of teamwork that index cards did, but whatever, they won.

I'm not a student, nor a fan of Kellie Pickler's music, but...I wouldn't mind getting an up-close peek at her! When she was on Idol I prayed each show that she would get voted off, but I have to say she's turned out to be much more talented than I had originally perceived. I saw her do a guest-host stint on The View and there was rumor she was in contention with Rosie O'Donnell for a seat. They really should've gone with Pickler. She was really funny and stole the show out from under the old bags. She's also been a roving reporter on the Tonight Show and really kicks ass in that role. She's never intimidated by anyone and seems to be able to get a laugh out of any situation.

But these words are superfluous. I really just wanted to post a picture of Kellie Pickler.

Ha! I just read about this contest in the AJC and it immediately took me back to the whole bangels deal with the index cards. Indeed, I thought the more things change the more they stay the same. I come back to my desk, check in on your blog...and there's an entry on the very memories I'd just been replaying.

Mmmmmm...Kellie...

She is actually quite talented and I think she is a doll. Great tits, perfect smile and she acts just dumb enough that I think I might be able to get her to stick her hand in my pants.

What impressed me about Kellie Pickler was on the Tonight Show they had ran this contest to have viewers send in video of themselves, and the winners would get to be Tonight Show roving reporters. They sent the three finalists out in the field together, and between the three of them they struggled and strained to get a single chuckle.

Then they sent Kellie Pickler to New York and another time she went to the Super Bowl, and she was really great. It didn't matter if it was a star quarterback or someone behind the makeup counter at Macy's, she could flow in conversation with any of them and get a smile. As I say she was also good on the roundtable on the View. Go, Kellie Pickler!
